Free Standard Delivery is available, with an Express option when your gift needs to arrive a little sooner.

We deliver throughout the Sunshine Coast, with free Standard Delivery available across the area.

Most Standard deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days. If your gift needs to arrive sooner, Express Delivery is available for $15, with a usual delivery timeframe of 1–2 business days.

Orders are sent with Aramex or Australia Post, depending on the most suitable service for the delivery address. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside their control. We’ll provide tracking so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Sunshine Coast Hospital Gift Delivery

Sending a hamper to someone in hospital is a simple way to show you care, especially when you can’t visit them yourself.

Gift hampers sent to Sunshine Coast hospitals are delivered by Aramex to the hospital’s receiving or loading area. From there, hospital staff arrange delivery to the patient’s ward or room through their internal distribution system, so please allow some additional time for your gift to reach the patient after it has arrived at the hospital.

When ordering, please provide the patient’s full name and hospital details, including their ward or room number if known. For maternity deliveries, please use the mother’s full name, as this is generally the name under which the hospital admission is recorded.

If the recipient is only expected to be in hospital for a short time, please consider their likely discharge date before ordering. Sending the gift to their home address may be a safer option. Once the hamper has been accepted by the hospital, its internal delivery is managed by hospital staff and is outside GBB’s control.

Sunshine Coast Gift Hamper Delivery FAQs

Can I send a gift hamper to a Sunshine Coast business or workplace?

Yes. We deliver to business and workplace addresses throughout the Sunshine Coast. Deliveries to businesses are generally made during normal operating hours. If the business has limited or unusual opening hours, please include these details with your order.

Please provide the business name and a complete delivery address, including the level, floor, suite or unit number where applicable. A shop number on its own is not sufficient, as it may not allow the driver to locate the business and could delay or prevent delivery.

At larger workplaces, deliveries may be accepted by reception, a receiving area or other authorised staff rather than handed directly to the intended recipient. Once accepted by the business, the gift may then be distributed internally to the recipient.

Which Sunshine Coast hospitals do you deliver to?

We deliver gift hampers to hospitals throughout the Sunshine Coast, including Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital, Buderim Private Hospital, Nambour General Hospital, Nambour Selangor Private Hospital and Caloundra Health Service, as well as other hospitals and healthcare facilities across the region.

Which carriers do you use for Sunshine Coast deliveries?

We use Aramex as our preferred delivery partner for most Sunshine Coast addresses. For areas where Aramex has a longer delivery timeframe or limited service coverage, we use Australia Post instead. This allows us to select the most suitable service for each delivery address.
