Some days simply call for a little sweetness.
Not every gift needs a grand reason behind it. Sometimes you simply want to brighten someone’s day, celebrate a little win or send them something you know they’ll enjoy. Our Chocolate & Sweets collection is filled with the good stuff — chocolates, lollies and sweet treats gathered into hampers, tins, bouquets and gifts made for the sheer pleasure of opening them.
There might be favourites they recognise straight away, something they haven’t tried before or one particularly tempting treat that mysteriously disappears before everything else. They can share, save a few for later or make absolutely no promises whatsoever. However they tackle it, this is gifting with one very simple intention: to bring a little happiness with it.

The chocolate they recognise immediately, the lolly they haven’t had in years, or the sweet treat they mentally claim before anyone has even mentioned the word sharing. From there, things can deteriorate rather quickly. One gets opened while they’re still looking through the rest, another is put aside for later, and something particularly good may be quietly relocated before other people notice it exists.
That’s half the fun of a Chocolate & Sweets gift. There’s no sensible order and absolutely no requirement to show restraint. Start with the favourite. Try something different. Save the best one for later — or eat it first because adulthood has to come with some privileges. With plenty to discover, the hardest decision might simply be where to begin.
A generous box of chocolate and sweets does have a wonderfully sociable look about it. There’s plenty to pass around, something for different tastes and more than enough to put in the middle of the table for everyone to enjoy. In theory.
In practice, the rules tend to become a little more flexible once the wrapping comes off. Favourites may be claimed, particularly desirable chocolates can develop mysterious owners, and ‘Would anyone like one?’ occasionally means ‘Please choose carefully because I already know which ones you’re not having.’ They can share the lot, guard a few favourites or keep the whole thing to themselves. It was their gift, after all.
Choosing something sweet for someone is wonderfully forgiving. You might know they love chocolate but have absolutely no idea whether they’d choose milk, dark, caramel, nuts, something chewy or the one with the wrapper you can never remember the name of. Fortunately, you don’t need to conduct an investigation before sending the gift.
A good mix lets them do the difficult part themselves. They can head straight for the familiar favourites, discover something new or methodically work their way through the selection in the interests of thorough research. And if you know almost nothing about their sweet preferences? Start with variety. The chances are they’ll find something that makes them very glad you did.
Flowers are lovely, but a bouquet made from chocolates has one rather obvious advantage: eventually, you get to eat it. Our chocolate bouquets and arrangements turn familiar favourites into gifts that are every bit as much fun to look at as they are to dismantle, with chocolates brought together to create that wonderful ‘Oh, look at this!’ moment when they arrive.
Of course, admiring it can only last so long. Sooner or later someone removes the first chocolate and the demolition begins. One disappears, then another, the arrangement becomes considerably less photogenic and nobody seems particularly concerned. That’s exactly as it should be — a chocolate bouquet may arrive looking far too good to disturb, but it was never designed to remain intact forever.
Behind all the chocolates, lollies and extremely questionable promises about sharing, there’s still a reason the gift is on its way. Maybe someone needs cheering up, deserves a thank you, has something worth celebrating or simply popped into your mind and stayed there long enough for you to decide to send something.
That part matters to us. We prepare your gift with care, add your personal message and get everything ready for the journey to them. By the time it arrives, they may be far more interested in deciding what to eat first than contemplating the meaning of life — and that’s perfectly fine. The important thing is that, somewhere between the wrapping and the first bite, they know somebody was thinking of them.
There’s plenty of variety across our Chocolate & Sweets collection, from familiar chocolate favourites and individually wrapped treats to lollies, jelly beans, marshmallows and other sweet temptations. Some gifts are all about chocolate, others bring different sweets together, and our chocolate bouquets and arrangements put familiar favourites firmly in the spotlight. The exact selection varies from gift to gift, so you can choose between something focused on what they already love or a mix that gives them plenty to discover.
Our Chocolate & Sweets gifts are designed as complete combinations, so the chocolates and sweets included are generally not interchangeable. Some chocolate bouquets offer the option to add extra chocolates for a more substantial gift, and selected chocolate boxes are available in different sizes, giving you a little flexibility without changing the original design.
If you have a particular concern about an ingredient in one of the included products, please contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to see how we can help.
A chocolate bouquet, sometimes called a chocolate arrangement, brings chocolates and sweets together in a decorative display rather than presenting them in a traditional hamper or gift box. Depending on the design, you might also find a soft toy, miniature alcohol bottles, decorative picks or other little additions chosen to bring the theme to life.
The chocolates and sweets form part of the arrangement itself, creating a gift that makes an immediate visual impression when it’s opened — and one that’s designed to be gradually pulled apart and enjoyed. Some bouquets can also be made more substantial by adding extra chocolates when that option is available. They may look rather impressive intact, but nobody gets extra points for keeping them that way.
Our Chocolate & Sweets gifts aren’t specifically designed around particular dietary requirements, and ingredients and allergen information can vary between the individual products included. If you’re choosing for someone with specific dietary needs, it’s important to consider which products are suitable for them.
If you’d like help checking the ingredients or allergen information for particular items in one of our gifts, please feel free to contact us. We’re always happy to help you look through the options so you can decide which gift is most appropriate for your recipient.
Not at all. Birthdays certainly give us a very good excuse for chocolate, but they’re only the beginning. Chocolate & Sweets gifts can be sent to say thank you, congratulations, get well soon, thinking of you or simply because someone could use a little happiness arriving at their door.
They can suit celebrations, little milestones, difficult weeks and those wonderfully ordinary moments when you spot something and immediately think of someone. You don’t really need a grand occasion to send a sweet gift — sometimes thinking of them is reason enough.
