Yes. We deliver to businesses and workplaces throughout Melbourne. Please provide the business name and complete delivery address, including the level, floor, suite or unit number where applicable.

Deliveries are generally made during normal business hours. If the workplace has limited or unusual opening hours, please include these details with your order.

At larger offices and workplaces, your hamper may be accepted by reception, a mailroom, receiving area or another authorised staff member rather than handed directly to the recipient. Once accepted, the gift will usually make the final part of its journey through the business’s own internal delivery process.

Can you deliver gift hampers to Melbourne hospitals?

Yes, we can deliver gift hampers to hospitals throughout Melbourne, but we recommend considering the patient’s expected length of stay before ordering. In addition to the 2–4 business day Standard Delivery timeframe, hospitals have their own internal distribution processes, which can add extra time before a hamper reaches the patient’s ward or room.

Our 1–2 business day Express Delivery option is available on selected hampers and may shorten the journey to Melbourne, but it cannot speed up the hospital’s internal distribution process. Deliveries may be accepted at a central receiving area before being transferred through the hospital, adding another step before the gift reaches the patient.

If the patient is likely to be discharged within a few days, sending the hamper to their home address may be a safer option.
