We hand-deliver directly to both Gold Coast University Hospital and Gold Coast Private Hospital in Southport. When ordering, please use the recipient’s full name as registered with the hospital and include their ward and room number if you know them — and we’ll take care of the rest.

Because we’re locals, we can hand-deliver your gift the same day to Gold Coast University Hospital or Gold Coast Private Hospital when you order by 2pm Monday to Friday.
Sometimes the day doesn’t quite go to plan. Our Premium service gives you a little more flexibility, with hand delivery available Monday to Friday from 3pm–8pm.
Because some moments simply can’t wait until Monday. Our Premium Saturday service offers hand delivery from approximately 11am.
If the recipient has already been discharged when we arrive, there’s no need to worry. After contacting you, we’ll arrange to send their gift to their home address by our standard delivery service at no additional charge.
