Orders are sent with Aramex or Australia Post, depending on the most suitable service for the delivery address. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside their control. We’ll provide tracking so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Can I send a gift hamper to a Canberra business or workplace?

Yes. We deliver to business and workplace addresses throughout Canberra. Deliveries to businesses are generally made during normal operating hours. If the business has limited or unusual opening hours, please include these details with your order.

Please provide the business name and complete delivery address, including the level, floor, suite or unit number where applicable. A shop number on its own is not sufficient, as it may not allow the driver to locate the business and could delay or prevent delivery.

At larger workplaces, deliveries may be accepted by reception, a receiving area or other authorised staff rather than handed directly to the intended recipient. Once accepted by the business, the gift may then be distributed internally to the recipient.

Can you deliver gift hampers to Canberra hospitals?

Yes, we can deliver gift hampers to hospitals throughout Canberra, but we recommend considering the patient’s expected length of stay carefully before ordering. In addition to the 2–4 business day Standard Delivery timeframe, hospitals have their own internal distribution processes, which can add extra time before a hamper reaches the patient’s ward or room.

Express Delivery may shorten the journey to Canberra, but it cannot speed up the hospital’s internal distribution process. Australia Post deliveries may also be received at a central distribution facility before being transferred to the hospital, adding another step before the gift reaches the patient.

If the patient is likely to be discharged within a few days, sending the hamper to their home address may be a safer option. If you’re particularly keen for them to receive a gift while they’re in hospital, you may wish to consider a local Canberra gift hamper company that can offer a delivery service better suited to the patient’s expected stay.

Which carriers do you use for Canberra deliveries?

We use Aramex as our preferred delivery partner for most Canberra addresses. Where Australia Post offers a more suitable service because of delivery timeframe or coverage, we use them instead. This allows us to select the most appropriate service for each delivery address.

Express Delivery is generally sent with Australia Post, although we may occasionally use Aramex Priority Service when it is better suited to the delivery address.
