Can I send a gift hamper to an Adelaide business or workplace?

Yes. We deliver to businesses and workplaces throughout Adelaide. Please provide the business name and complete delivery address, including the level, floor, suite or unit number where applicable.

Deliveries are generally made during normal business hours. If the workplace has limited or unusual opening hours, please include these details with your order.

At larger offices and workplaces, your hamper may be accepted by reception, a mailroom, receiving area or another authorised staff member rather than handed directly to the recipient. Once accepted, the gift will usually make the final part of its journey through the business’s own internal delivery process.

Can you deliver gift hampers to Adelaide hospitals?

We can deliver to Adelaide hospitals, however, because of the longer delivery timeframe, we don’t generally recommend sending a hamper to a hospital in Adelaide. A home address is our preferred option whenever possible.

Hospital stays can be shorter than expected, and once a parcel reaches the hospital it may need to pass through a central receiving area and the hospital’s own internal distribution system before reaching the patient’s ward or room. This additional time is outside our control.

If you know the recipient will be remaining in hospital for a longer stay and would still like to send their gift there, we recommend choosing from our Adelaide Express collection, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2–3 business days. Please allow additional time for the hospital’s internal distribution when considering whether delivery to the hospital is suitable.

If there is any uncertainty about how long the recipient will remain in hospital, we recommend sending the hamper to their home instead.

Which carriers do you use for Adelaide deliveries?

We use Aramex as our preferred delivery partner for most Adelaide addresses. Where Australia Post offers a more suitable service because of delivery timeframe or coverage, we use them instead. This allows us to choose the most appropriate service for each delivery address.
